Deutsche Bank, Europe
An NPL portfolio consisting of over 30 buildings throughout Italy, as well as a 10 property portfolio in Paris, all for Deutsche Bank.
Residential valuations, Monaco
Valuations of significant properties in Monaco and Mustique for secured lending or estate planning purposes. Plus, a new contract with UBS Monaco for valuations across France.
Abu Dhabi Government development
Our Dubai team valued Wahat Al Zaweya in Abu Dhabi, a master planned residential development of over 22 sq km of land for the Abu Dhabi Government.
Development valuation in Makkah
We conducted a valuation of hotels, shopping malls and lands around the Holy Mosque in Makkah for Jabal Omar Development Company in Saudi Arabia.
Ugandan commercial valuations
The team undertook portfolio valuations for Absa Bank Uganda and Vivo Energy. In addition, they provided valuations on Mirembe Business Centre - Course View Towers, Kampala Cement Factory and Oasis Mall.
Australia-wide CSR portfolio
In Australia, the team was delighted to secure a CSR national portfolio across all states. Its value is circa $2bn AUD. They’re also looking at an ESR portfolio circa $5bn ($725k fee).
Project Orient, Malaysia
This project comprised a portfolio valuation of multiple oil palm plantation estates and mills in Malaysia.
Hong Kong and UK collaboration
The Hong Kong team provided an inter-country referral to the UK. They referred a local developer, S E A Holdings, to KF UK for a valuation of their commercial property portfolio in London.
11 SKIES, Hong Kong
We provided a valuation for 11 SKIES which is the new landmark development complex next to the Hong Kong International Airport and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge mixing retail, commercial and entertainment.
Luxury home on The Peak, Hong Kong
Shouson Hill No 15 is one the most expensive, super-luxury homes on The Peak, Hong Kong. The team provided a valuation for this luxury home.
Waldorf Astoria Bangkok Hotel, Thailand
The team provided the valuation for a 5-star hotel in Bangkok CBD. The Waldorf Astoria Bangkok comprises 487 guestrooms with a gross floor area of over 80,000 sq m.
KM3 Data Centre, Thailand
The team provided the leasehold valuation of the KM3 Data Centre Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) purposes. It’s located in Samut Prakan Province and has a gross floor area of over 5,000 sq m.
Singapore CBD Redevelopment Site
The CBD site will be redeveloped into a 63-storey mixed-use development, set to become Singapore’s tallest skyscraper. The consortium is led by Perennial Holdings. Our valuation was for mortgage purposes.
UOL Group Limited, Singapore
This portfolio valuation of seven properties was for financial reporting purposes. It comprised office buildings, retail malls and serviced apartment with a total value of more than SGD4 billion.

A joint project with the China and Vietnam Research & Consultancy Teams, conducting a property valuation of Vintcombank Tower in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Shuifa Energy (Tongyuxian), China
We valued Shuifa Energy (Tongyuxian)’s 500MW wind farm project which is located in Xianghai Mongolian Township, Tongyu County, Baicheng City, Jilin Province, the PRC.
Qatari Diar, Qatar
The team was successfully appointed by Qatari Diar to undertake the year-end valuation of their Qatar portfolio. Predominately, this comprises Qatari Diar’s Lusail City land bank with an estimated value of $5bn+.
German Embassy, Zambia
This interesting instruction for a valuation of the former East German Embassy was for purposes of advising on the sale. We are now hoping to win the sale instruction for the site.
Shell Business Operations Manila, Philippines
This valuation comprised office fits outs, furniture, fixtures and office equipment, computers and network equipment for the office in Makati City. This was for the PEZA de-registration process.
Richmonde Tower, Philippines
A valuation of 14 office and commercial assets located in a diversified tenant base across the Philippines. The aggregate gross floor area was 346,200 sq m. This was for financial reporting.
Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority
This establishment manages the Nigeria sovereign wealth fund. We were awarded a contract to provide valuation for the purpose of internal decision-making on a commercial office development in Abuja.
AIB, Ireland
The team completed large-scale drive by portfolio for an AIB project of 83 properties nationwide. This was very successful thanks to a huge effort from all involved.
Aareal, Germany
The Danica Portfolio project was an inter-country referral. It comprised 24 logistics properties in Germany, Poland and the UK with a market value of circa €900,000,000.
Macquarie, Germany
The team worked on valuations for a portfolio of four logistics properties in Denmark. The lettable area was 80,000 sq m and a market value of €850,000,000.
SWAMIH Investment Fund, India
Our India team was appointed for two years by SWAMIH Investment Fund - I. It‘s a sovereign fund with a corpus of $1700m for providing last-mile funding to stuck residential projects across India.
National Petrochemical Industrial Co. (NATPET), Saudi Arabia
The Middle East team provided this referral to KF India. It involved the estimation of Residual Life of Plant Machinery Equipment having an installed capacity of 4.0 lac MT per annum of resin located in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
Pristine Island Investments, Maldives
The Singapore team made this referral to KF India. It was for a premium hospitality development managed by Pullman in the Maldives, developed by Singapore-based Keong Hong Holdings Limited.
DH3, Kenya
The team valued a 90-unit diplomatic residential development within the diplomatic blue zone in Nairobi, Kenya. The property is a joint development between GREA and Verdant Ventures. The entire development has been let out to the United States Government on an 8-year lease term.
Angama Mara Lodge, Kenya
This award-winning, exclusive, 30-tent, luxury safari lodge is set on the edge of Oloololo escarpment. The team provided a valuation for the lodge, one of the best within Masai Mara National Reserve.
Kenya’s biggest shopping mall
The team was instructed to value Kenya’s biggest shopping mall, Two Rivers Lifestyle Centre, for financial reporting purposes. The property also boasts Kenya’s first, and only, Ferris wheel.
A-Safe, West Yorkshire, UK
On behalf of Handelsbank we recently valued a portfolio of industrial and office properties owned by A-Safe. The portfolio (5 buildings in total) has a total combined market value in excess of £40m.

This multi-let office and retail space in the City of London spans 1.4m sq ft. The team’s valuation was for secured lending purposes.
The Scalpel, London
The team conducted a valuation for secured lending on this multi-let office and retail development. Its size is 400,000 sq ft in the heart of the City of London.
