“Having the calmness of the tide, but the electric city views brings a completely unique take on waterside living.”
Sian-Louise Tangney Head of Battersea & Riverside Sales
What do you love about your London riverside market?
The views we have on our end of the River Thames are stunning. If you’re lucky enough to be on the bend of the Thames at Chelsea waterfront, you can stand in an apartment and feel like you’re floating over the river. And if you’re on the bend of the Thames in Vauxhall, you have a beautiful view of Battersea Power Station to your left and London Eye and Big Ben to your right.
Having the calmness of the tide, and the electric city views, brings a completely unique take on waterside living.
What’s new and exciting in the area?
There’s a whole new neighbourhood in Nine Elms which is exciting. The Battersea Power Station shopping and commercial centre opened in October 2022 creating a huge uptick in sales there.
Hurlingham Waterfront is a striking new development on the other side of the Thames. It’s just launching off-plan with 269 design-led luxury apartments on the market.
What sets us apart from the rest with waterfront properties?
Our global reach means we offer beautiful prime properties on the riverside to international buyers.
With local experts who live in the area, we offer an authentic and personalised service for each client and buyer, tailor-made to fit their requirements.

Sarah-Jane Bingham-Chick Partner, Head of South Hams and Cornwall
What do you love about the South West?
I love being out in the fresh air and beautiful scenery, whatever the weather. There’s such a diverse selection of property in the South West. From Devon longhouses to contemporary apartments, beachside homes to rolling country estates, no two houses are ever the same.
What’s been your most memorable sale recently?
We sold Coombe Quay in Dartmouth for £2.85m. It’s a stunning house on the River Dart with its own boathouse which equated to £1,278 per sq ft.
What’s makes our team stand out?
We offer best-in-class service with waterfront homes. We’re very joined up at Knight Frank. We work together seamlessly as a team: local knowledge combines with global reach.

“We make sure we use the best in the business to showcase their properties.”

What do you love about your market?
I’m in the special position of dealing with a huge variety of properties across Scotland. I absolutely love the West Coast of Scotland, whether I’m handling sales on the mainland or on one of the many islands.
How’s this area evolving?
We’re seeing more remote areas of Scotland, which previously have only been associated with the second homes market, becoming viable options. People are prepared to relocate now, due to flexible and remote working.
What’s been your most memorable sale recently?
We’ve had a couple of incredible recent sales. It’s not often that we sell an entire island! Pladda Island, off the Isle of Arran, attracted interest from around the globe and sold in January.
The White House of Aros on Mull is the most special and unique coastal estate that I’ve been involved in selling. Not just lovely houses, but a boathouse, slipways, moorings, holiday cottages, private beach and its own salmon fishing.
What do clients rate about our service?
Our clients love our exemplary marketing. We make sure we use the best in the business to showcase their properties.
