With input from almost 300 senior CRE professionals, we’ve captured a snapshot of an industry being asked to do more, with fewer resources, greater expectations, and less certainty than ever before. Yet what emerges is not a picture of paralysis, but one of potential. Over the next 24 months, (Y)OUR SPACE will come to life through a series of connected outputs designed to help occupiers not just understand what’s changing, but to act on that change. There are three output types:

These are the campaign’s analytical backbone. From this global launch forward, we’ll unpack the 16 core challenges identified - drawing on expanded survey questions and cutting the data by sector, geography and respondent type to reveal the nuance behind the numbers. These deep dives won’t just illuminate the issues. They’ll explore how real businesses are responding and how others can follow suit.
2. (Y)OUR SPACE ANTHOLOGIES
Issued every 10 weeks, these high-impact editorial pieces will track the pulse of the market. Blending timely commentary with global signals and curated insight, the Anthologies will provide a short but meaningful way to stay ahead of emerging issues shaping work and the workplace. 3. (Y)OUR SPACE DIGESTS
Four times a year, we’ll step back and spotlight the stories unfolding in the market and on the ground. Digests will feature real-world occupier activity, evidence of changing behaviours, and case studies that show what rising to the challenge looks like in practice.

(Y)OUR SPACE will also expand as a living platform; offering sector-specific research, our unique Global CRE Sentiment Index (GCRESI), and a new, revised Global Occupier Dashboard to support decision-making at every level.
