After our first issue in 2020, we’re following up with a refreshed edition of VIEW for Summer 2021, bringing you the latest global market forecasts, up-to-date features and outstanding properties.

At the time of writing, in May 2021, we are undoubtedly in a more promising and hopeful position than we were this time last year. Since VIEW launched in October 2020, we have collectively endured further lockdowns along with tough and ever-changing Covid-19 restrictions. At Knight Frank we have been monitoring the impact of the pandemic on the property market closely, with some unexpected and surprising outcomes.

With this in mind, we sat down and answered four key questions on how residential property markets defied these adverse conditions on p8, while on p9 our experts from the Knight Frank Research team have predicted what might happen in the next six months.
