Welcome to The Spanish Collection

Dear readers, it is a pleasure to present the second edition of The Spanish Collection. Our magazine was created with the intention of offering an in-depth view of the most exclusive residential market in Madrid and across Spain, and this year we continue on that path with the same purpose, bringing together rigorous analysis, editorial sensitivity, and the global vision that defines Knight Frank.

In an international context in constant transformation, Madrid continues to establish itself as one of the leading capitals of the European lifestyle, for its dynamism, its light, and a way of living that makes it unique. It is an open, welcoming, and vibrant city that embraces those who arrive and attracts both investors and those seeking quality of life, culture, and well-being.

This edition explores the evolution of the Spanish capital from different perspectives. We observe how the architecture and authenticity of its neighborhoods coexist with new ways of living in the city. The growing sophistication of emblematic projects and the awareness of an increasingly international buyer allow us to understand a market that is progressing with its own criteria. We also delve into stories that reveal how we understand spaces today, from the evolution of amenities to craftsmanship, gastronomy, and those elements that make Madrid a unique place to live and invest.

The Spanish Collection aims to reflect our commitment to excellence and the way in which we understand the market, always with precision, sound judgment, and a human perspective toward the spaces where we live. Thank you for joining us once again.
