Welcome to The Spanish Collection

Dear readers, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the first issue of The Spanish Collection, a publication born with the spirit of analyzing the essence of the most exclusive residential market, bringing together the best of sophistication and lifestyle, backed by Knight Frank's vision and global reach.

The title, The Spanish Collection, has been carefully chosen. In addition to expressing our relationship with the art world, it also evokes the idea of an exclusive selection. A "collection" of exceptional content and properties, which alludes to Knight Frank's vision of offering only the best to our clients. Our aim is for this publication to be a true reflection of our commitment to quality and exclusivity in every detail.

We are living a key moment in the residential market, especially in Madrid, a city that today shines stronger than ever globally. In this publication we explore in depth how Madrid has positioned itself as an attractive destination for both investors and those seeking quality of life, culture and international connections. On every page of The Spanish Collection you will see reflected the richness and diversity that Madrid and Spain offer to a discerning audience, both local and international. To provide a deeper analysis, our Marketing & Research team brings a unique insight into current and future market trends.

And of course, you can also enjoy interviews with influential personalities from different sectors, who share their perspectives and knowledge, inspiring us and enriching our understanding of the challenges and opportunities of the market and life in general.

We hope that this first issue of The Spanish Collection will be a window into the lifestyle and universe of the most exclusive residential market in Spain. I assure you that this is just the beginning of an ongoing conversation about the places and experiences that make Madrid - and Spain - an incomparable destination.
