The North Surrey market has been extremely busy over the last 12 months as we emerge from the pandemic and benefit from the return of international travel. We’ve seen increased sales across all sectors and those at the higher end of the market are now very strong. Likewise, we’ve seen sales pick up in speed, with the average instruction to offer timeline down to just 84 days (a 51% decrease compared to September 2019). In terms of British buyers and European buyers living in the UK, the domestic market has also grown in strength, with confidence high. Strong demand and lack of stock continues, which we believe will carry on through 2022 unless there are major financial or political changes.
