To support residential investors and developers (including build to rent) through the very complicated process of Council Tax, Knight Frank have developed a management service that provides full support and oversight of all liabilities within any portfolio.

Our Council Tax Management Service is managed by our team of Council Tax specialists who are highly skilled within Council Tax, all having worked within Local Authorities and hold IRRV qualifications and accreditation.

Their knowledge of Council Tax and how Local Authorities work in partnership with the Valuation Office in the administration of Council Tax has enabled them to deliver exceptional results and service for our residential investors and developers (including build to rent) clients.

The team work closely with the Valuation Office and any relevant Local Authority to ensure that any clients exposure to Council Tax is reduced and also to ensure that any charges levied against any vacant units are correct and in line with the relevant Legislation and case law.
