Quintain Living – Wembley Park

Providing the full Council Tax Management Service across the Quintain Living ‘Build to Rent Development Portfolio’ at Wembley Park, this includes:

• Liaising with the Local Billing Authority and Valuation Office relating to New Properties being Banded for Council Tax and ensuring that these are complete in line with the relevant legislation and case law.
• Full Council Tax Payment Treasury Function, including recovering and reconciling any overpayment made.
• Full Management of Council Tax Liabilities including dealing with all changes in liabilities and challenging any recovery action.
• Providing various reports including liability projections and payments, to enable the client to have full oversight of their Council Tax liabilities at any given time.
